San Luis Drive

and its surrounding streets are one of most desirable areas to live in San Luis Obispo. The track was originally developed in the 1940s, however, a number of homes have been renovated and added on to. The Country Club

Located in the southern part of the city off Highway 227, this neighborhood surrounds the exclusive San Luis Obispo Golf and Country Club. The neighborhood is separated into two sections.

Built in the 80´s and 90´s, the San Luis Obispo Country Club Estates is a gated community composed of approximately 60 townhomes and 180 single family homes. About a quarter mile to the south lies the neighborhood Country Club Drive. Originally developed in the 1960´s, this quaint community offers homes and condominiums of various size and ages. Prices begin in the high $500,000´s and range to about $1,500,000.
